Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Mirvexa currently ships to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is currently free for eligible U.S. orders unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery
Orders are generally prepared for fulfillment within 1–3 business days. Most shipments are expected to arrive within approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs or security screening, peak periods, weather, and other factors outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment origin
To keep prices competitive, some products may be fulfilled directly by specialized third-party fulfillment partners and may ship from outside the United States. Your parcel may therefore show an international origin or logistics partner on tracking information.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide it by email or through your order-status page. Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement after shipment is created.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.

PO Boxes and unsupported addresses
Our current fulfillment method does not support PO Boxes. Orders placed with an unsupported address may be delayed or cancelled and refunded before shipment.

Delays
Carrier delays can occur and are sometimes outside Mirvexa's control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will review the tracking status and work with our fulfillment partner where appropriate.

Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please first check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier. Then contact us promptly so we can review the case.
